Martha is an internationally renowned author, consultant, and inspirational speaker.

She is a former Vice-President of a Harvard Medical School Affiliated Hospital in Boston. She is currently President and CEO of OKI ME, LLC headquartered in Boston and on Cape Cod.

Martha is the author of eight books including one with Harvard Business School and another with the legendary, Stephen Covey, author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. 

She grew up in Okinawa, Japan and considers herself a citizen of the USA and the world.  Her latest book is titled, The Okinawa in Me: FINALLY Finding my IKIGAI (Reason for Being!)
